The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient to a lot of shops and restaurants.
we had some confusion about the room size and ended up having to squeeze four people into a room that was really meant for three.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities like the spa & wellness center and the indoor heated swimming pool with sun loungers. the service was impeccable, with the staff providing in-room breakfast and giving great recommendations for nearby bars & restaurants. the room was spacious with separate shower & toilet and private facilities, making for a comfortable stay.
The only minor setback was the location, which was further out than anticipated. taxi rides were affordable and made the center easily reachable.

Clean hotel with great facilities and free parking. Good transportation options by cab in the shopping area. Breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is easily accessible by cab and not far from the center of the city. the hotel is not in the shopping area, but there are nearby restaurants and cafes. Rooms are comfortable and well-furnished with facilities such as electric radiators available for use. the breakfast is varied and there are many hot and cold options available.
Some maintenance issues arise, such as the pool closure and air conditioning malfunctions.

Spent xmas at a hotel in Tianjin and it was great! The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. , the room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable!
There were a few negatives, though. the provided washing items were not always fresh.
